2.Payments.

All payments must be made in full or according to the agreed payment plan before project completion or service activation.

For subscription services:

• Monthly payments are billed automatically unless canceled.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

For website development:

• Projects may require an upfront deposit or milestone payment before work begins.

  3. No Refund Policy

  All payments made to Fabre Industries are final and non-refundable.

  This includes:

  • Deposits

  • First-half payments

  • Subscription payments

  • Setup fees

  • Custom development work

  • AI system implementation fees

  Once work has begun, resources, development time, and infrastructure are allocated immediately. Because of this, no refunds, partial refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals will be accepted under any circumstance.

  4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  Customers agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.

  If a chargeback is initiated for legitimate services delivered by Fabre Industries, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend all active services

  • Terminate access to systems

  • Pursue recovery of owed funds

  • Submit evidence to payment processors

  • Take legal action where applicable
